I've been working with Kevin for a little over a year now and I've got to say that in over 25 years of off and on working with trainers--he's the best trainer I've worked with. He's helped me set goals, patiently gone over various lifts and what benefits they're making for my body, and encouraged me to stay on track. Solid gym. Everything you need. Squat racks deadlifting platform and best of all chalk is permitted. Decent cardio options and dumbbells go to 150. The yearly rate is around $250. Really reasonable. The staff is solid and overall a great gym. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. So what are you waiting for sign up?
