Guy is a phenomenal coach and great to work with. His skill set and experience in boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has helped many of his clients accelerate their own talent in combat sports. If you are looking to become a better fighter or even get a great workout checkout one of his classes. The original location is at Richardson Hidden Gym and he now has an additional location in North Dallas off Preston at Hidden Gym. Choose which one works best for you.
Mezger martial arts has helped me get in the best shape of my life. The coaches and staff have pushed me to build the confidence to drive forward.
Audrey is the best! She’s patient, knowledgeable, and so amazing.
Mezger martial arts is a great mma gym. I have been to 3 different mma gyms and by far this one is the best. All the coaches for each class have been supportive and show you techniques (Muy Thai, boxing, Juijitsu).
