We are an elite mixed martial arts facility that teaches group classes and private lessons to men, women and children in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. Come try your first class for free! Also we have a full line of free weights, sectorized equipment and HIIT classes. So if you're looking for martial arts, everyday fitness or wanting to push yourself to compete in fitness/bodybuilding and mma, this is your gym!

Hidden gym, well kept, clean and good service
The coaches are all great. We get a great workout every time we come. Would definitely recommend.
Great spot, lots of equipment!
Plenty of variety for upper and lower body workouts, as well as clean equipment. The staff is super friendly and approachable, and the locker/restrooms are very spacious and clean.
