I rang Monster Electrical to help my mum replace some lights in her villa. They were responsive, reliable, polite and did an amazing job! Will definitely use them again.
The electrician had 4 jobs: 1. Replace downlights; 2. Install smoke alarms to code; 3. Move NBN cable and 4. install TV antenna in a bedroom. He look installed the wrong cable. There were 2 choices and he was wrong it wasn't working properly. Monster Electrical came back and sorted out the cable and it now works fine.
Monster Electrical were fantastic! They came out the same evening to give us a quick fix, then promptly returned the next day to complete the job properly. Both guys were very pleasant, communication was clear and easy, and the pricing was great. They offered smart solutions and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
