We had 4 pool companies quote for our pool, Monsoon pools ticked a few more boxes for us, budget, pool choice, “you’ll be swimming before Christmas “, was they’re promise, So the team were fantastic, like clockwork things happened when they said it would happen, pool install began on the 9th October, and we were swimming by Halloween ….delighted we chose Monsoon pools, great effort by all the people involved from start to finish , Craig John , mark Chris ..and Lara ,to name but a few, great job !!!! Thank you all !!!!!
I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews — but when you’re spending tens of thousands of dollars, people deserve to know what they’re signing up for. If you enjoy chasing people for updates, repeating the same questions three times, and wondering whether your pool company has fallen off the face of the earth — Monsoon Pools is absolutely the company for you. We recently had our new pool built in Sunrise Beach by Monsoon Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. As a builder for over 20 years, I’ve seen plenty of trades and project managers — and I have to say, Jake and the whole team were absolutely first-class. Every trade was on point, the management and communication were excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with the installation of our new 12m fibreglass pool! The entire process was unbelievably fast and easy. The team managed to complete the entire job in just one week (pool installation and coping tile), which was incredible. Communication with the office staff was fantastic—always clear, responsive, and friendly. The installation crew were professional and very nice; they were patient and helpful whenever I had questions about the project.
