A big thank you to Monsoon Pools and their set of tradesmen that completed our pool. From Craig at the start and Tony throughout the build, I can’t thank you enough for taking us through the process. A huge shoutout to all the trades, Ben, Matt, Vic, Col, Barry and the rest of the crews, they always did what was in the best interests of completing the best job possible and always checked in and made sure of anything they did. Our pool has turned out above expectations and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

Unfortunately we had an appalling experience. We went with Monsoon over other companies based on our dealings with Craig ( which were always genuine / easy ) . That’s where the good part ends - once the sale is done and they have your hard earned money. The installation process was a literal nightmare. Nothing was organised. Entire thing was a shambles. Being my first time getting a pool built, I’m so grateful I chose Monsoon Pools. From the start, Chris was straightforward with the quote and pool design, making the process clear and easy. Then came Tony leading the pool build his knowledge and professionalism throughout the build were beyond impressive. For anyone planning on installing a pool for the first time, be warned. Things dont always go according to plan. The weather, different trades and suppliers will all have a go at breaking you! You hear and read all sorts of horror stories from different people and their bad experiences throughout their own builds with various companies. The difference with Monsoon is that they have Tony!
