This was our first pool build, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Monsoon Pools. A big thank you to Monsoon Pools and their set of tradesmen that completed our pool. From Craig at the start and Tony throughout the build, I can’t thank you enough for taking us through the process. A huge shoutout to all the trades, Ben, Matt, Vic, Col, Barry and the rest of the crews, they always did what was in the best interests of completing the best job possible and always checked in and made sure of anything they did. Our pool has turned out above expectations and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
Unfortunately we had an appalling experience. We went with Monsoon over other companies based on our dealings with Craig ( which were always genuine / easy ) . That’s where the good part ends - once the sale is done and they have your hard earned money. The installation process was a literal nightmare. Nothing was organised. Entire thing was a shambles.
