Do not use this company! We were to have some sprinkler heads replaced. Was given a quote and we had to pay half up front which we have never done with past work they did. They did not show up to do the work This happened twice so we want our money back. Have tried to call them and they don't answer the phone and cant leave a message as their mailbox is full. Did solid work on irrigation system last year, but I scheduled basic shrub trimming and they rescheduled at the last minute multiple times. Attempted to contact after they no-showed the third scheduling, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. Completely unprofessional and won't ever be doing business with them again.
Appointment set for a specific day from 11:00-1:00. Called to confirm and got a recording and left message to confirm. After waiting to 2:30 called for explanation why appointment not kept. Again, got recoded message to leave name and number. No response. Cody Perkins, owner, never responded! Very unprofessional! Guess my time was of no value! Very disappointed! Ray C.
I reached out for a quote. When Cody came by he was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote within 24 hours and was extremely responsive when I ask him questions. He even gave me two additional quotes that I requested. I accepted and put half down for the third quote, and he followed through with giving me a date for install.
