Although MCH no longer carry out roof repairs, Sam went above and beyond to recommend 3 other companies that were better equipped to carry out a repair rather than a full replacement. Really exceptional customer service considering I wasn’t putting business their way on this occasion. When the time comes to fully replace my roof, I wouldn’t hesitate to use MCH purely based on one interaction with Sam, alongside their other glowing reviews.
Excellent after sales service. There was a problem with the replacement hood for our Suzuki Jimny, a vehicle not sold in the UK. It was sorted out and a new one sent straight away.
Monsoon are a brilliant company to deal with, Sam and the team work very hard. They fitted my MX5 Mk1 Roof about 5 years ago and it's still going strong top Quality. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done team top Mark's
