If you’re considering corrective eye surgery, this is the place to do it. I had refractive lens exchange (RLE) in November of last year at Monson Vision. I had the B&L Envy lenses which corrected for my presbyopia, myopia and astigmatism. The results are amazing, clear vision at all distances both eyes. Thru the course of this process I’ve had many appointments and my experience has been really great at each time. Worst experience of my life. I don't write reviews ever but this was so traumatizing I want to help others to not go through what I did. First appointment 4 hours and talked to Monson for maybe 5 minutes. He gave me his number to text or call with questions. Which I did because I have a massive eye phobia. He said he would call and never did. I called his office to have him call me. Never did. My got said to cancel but I didn't. Not worth it. A simple consultation took 3hrs. I waited in one of the small patients rooms for an hour and a half before I finally saw Dr. Monson. Then a referral that was supposed to take a week. Ended up taking a month and I had to call both Monson Vision and the referral doctor multiple times. I kept getting dismissed. Very frustrating.
