These guys are a complete joke. I made an online appointment on 09/04 and paid a 25.00 fee. I received a call needing to reschedule the appointment, Which I did. I received 2 more calls each the day before my appointments to reschedule those visits as well. At his point I had no confidence in this buisness to perform eye surgery when they can not even manage their calendar. I asked for my 25.00 deposit back, they said okay and then totally blew it off. My husband had surgery over two years ago. The surgery was $30,000.00. Unfortunately, after a number of follow up surgeries, his vision is still not correct. He was told that he needed one more laser correction but Monson Vision is waiting on licensing the machine. It has been over six months. He was promised an update every two weeks and told they have over 20 patients in the same situation. It has been several weeks since he has heard from them. My husband's quality of life has been significantly diminished.
Monson Vision is my #1 choice for eye care. I first met Dr. Monson and his staff a few years ago after suffering an eye injury. From the very beginning, Dr. Monson made me his top priority and did everything possible to help save my eye.
