RecommendedI have a dog who is a medical challenge. Dr Pienkos has been wonderful. She came up with a plan that is working. She calls us personally when labs need to be explained. She is kind and caring toward my dogs and is very knowledgeable/intelligent. Patrick and other staff are great also.

They perform their work well as far I as I can see but the customer service and professionalism is completely lacking. Didn’t even greet me when I came in. Instead they steadfastly ignored my existence while assisting other clients. When it was my turn and they FINALLY looked at me, they were still astoundingly unhelpful and seemingly dim witted. Extremely poor first impression.
So far, so good with my cat. Upfront about fees, etc. I especially like Dr. Restey who evidently fills in. I hope he becomes part of the regular staff.
A+ for customer service!!!!!! Emily is the best!!!!!!!
I want to say thank you to the wonderful staff, and new DVM at MSAC. I don't know your name yet but, you showed such great compassion when I bought my beautiful 18+ year old family cat in this past Tuesday am. Thank you, sincerely. Calliope WAS beautiful, just as you presumed.
