Our skylight was not finished on the inside. For the past 10 years, yes 10 years he has avoided our phone calls. 2 months ago, he came out and looked at our skylight ONLY because we had to have an insurance adjuster out here for hail damage. He even sent a drywall guy out here to do an estimate.The adjuster said the skylight was not finished on the roof part and there was something that was not put on to keep moisture out and that we should contact the contractor.
