I contracted with Monsma and paid full price for a season of snow plowing. On January 29, 2023 I woke up and my driveway had not been touched. I reached out a few hours later when the service was not complete, because I knew I needed to leave soon for my only nephews 10th birthday party, a milestone nonetheless.
