Generally it was Ok, job done. But I expected to see better coordination between the technician who came to do a very quick video inspection and the team came later to do the job.It was not clear if they have talked to each other. I had to mange communications between them and their office!
We had excellent experience with Monsieur Drain. We hired them to provide and inspection of some plumbing issues that came with a property we were looking to purchase. The team was punctual, professional, and well informed. Upon request, they also promptly provided us with a detailed quote for what needed to be repaired, which ended up saving us a bundle on the purchase price. Could not be happier with their work!
