I wish I could give less than one star. Simple story: I had two appointments for my kids, one at 1:00 and one at 2:00. Due to terrible weather and traffic, we arrived about 30 minutes late to the first appointment. I fully understand losing the first slot. What I do not understand — and what no one would explain — is why we were told we lost the second appointment as well. There was no explanation, and worse, The attitude was nasty and dismissive.
