I had a very disappointing experience at Rock Family Dental. Due to traffic, I arrived about 10 minutes late with my two daughters. The secretary told me they could no longer see my older daughter because of the delay. While I was disappointed, I understood and accepted their policy. The dentist is actually very kind and professional, and I have no complaints about the care provided. Unfortunately, the front desk staff completely changed the experience. I wish I could give less than one star. Simple story: I had two appointments for my kids, one at 1:00 and one at 2:00. Due to terrible weather and traffic, we arrived about 30 minutes late to the first appointment. I fully understand losing the first slot. What I do not understand — and what no one would explain — is why we were told we lost the second appointment as well. There was no explanation, and worse, The attitude was nasty and dismissive.
