Great guy. Competent and reliable.
I kinda want to gatekeep this mechanic so I can continue to get appts here as quickly and easily as I have been. They are really nice and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable checking in or describing my cars problem. They fixed/prolonged my transmissions life when Honda didn’t (they did fine but basic). The transmission shop in town also wouldn’t work on it but these guys did and I’m so pleased with the work. The mechanic was also very kind and explained everything to me. The management was very friendly and took time to explain my situation to me. I was made aware of forthcoming problems and which needed immediate attention.
Very extremely dissatisfied with the work Monserrate's Auto Solutions done on my vehicle. I originally went for timing issues. After a few weeks of them having my vehicle I finally got it back and the issues wasn't resolved. We had to take my vehicle back for a few more weeks of work for them to finally get my timing right.
