Cassady and the team at Monsen Collins Builders were wonderful to work with for our recent gut remodel and addition. They communicated closely with our architect, interior designer, landscape designer, and landscape contractor. They obviously pride themselves on building quality homes. Communication was good throughout the project with weekly Zoom meetings to track progress and cost. I felt cost was transparent. We have known Cassady (originally worked with his father, Bob) for over 20 years. And have worked with him and his team multiple times and in fact, have just engaged him on another major project at home now.
