Bad neighbors. This company is at the intersection of a major street and a small neighborhood. They routinely block the intersection with their vehicles and drive aggressively around the residential area filled with kids and pets.

I did not have them install a roof fortunately for me. I had another company come out and look at my roof, one that I was told was new when I bought the place two years ago. The other company had told me that it was basically an emergency and I needed a new roof for 47k. Carlos came and went up on my roof and looked around. Monroy's completed my roofing project last week. The process from estimate to final inspection was very professional. I filled out the estimate request form and contact was made promptly. The estimate was provided quickly with a packet of information that answered almost all of my questions. I had moss cleaned off my roof. The 2 man team was very competent and thorough. Work was completed even earlier than first scheduled and included all the items detailed on their estimate. I recommend Monroy's Roofing for your needs.
