Can’t recommend them enough! They’ve replaced a roof on two separate houses for me and I was impressed enough after the first to hire them again. Very fair pricing, great workmanship, and flexible scheduling. You guys rock!
Our neighbor had their roof done, and to be fair, the work looks really good, was done quickly, and I remember noting as i drove to work, that they had a big tarp down, I assume to collect debris that fell onto my neighbor's property as they worked. They however did not care as much about adjacent property. They didn't have a problem coming into our yard to move materials they needed (we didn't care either, honestly) but we don't appreciate the trash and roofing materials left scattered on our property after they were gone. ... read more
Bad neighbors. This company is at the intersection of a major street and a small neighborhood. They routinely block the intersection with their vehicles and drive aggressively around the residential area filled with kids and pets.
Monroy’s Roofing is an excellent roofing company that did the roof on my rental house. I am extremely pleased with their dedication and professionalism to do an excellent job even when I was not present. I highly recommend them as a respected roofing company.
I did not have them install a roof fortunately for me. I had another company come out and look at my roof, one that I was told was new when I bought the place two years ago. The other company had told me that it was basically an emergency and I needed a new roof for 47k. Carlos came and went up on my roof and looked around. He pointed out some defective tile but said for the most part the job that was done was done poorly and there was some defective tile.
