I bought 3 large expensive arborvitae green emerald shrubs from this company through a 3rd party. 2 of the 3 died unexpectedly- they were all planted with the same care, soil, nurtrients and light. They refused to even respond to my request for replacement shrubs.

WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non existant. Do not answer the call, do not return calls/messages, do not respond to emails. Placed an order. Two days later decided to cancel. No response. WORTHLESS
