Mudworks was started in my private studio attached to my home in Monrovia. When I set up a public studio and gallery in Mooresville I chose to keep my original business name. We have also offered classes in Stained Glass, Watercolor Painting, Wool Hooking, Drawing, and China Painting. All the instructors are also Morgan County Artists! Mudworks is primarily a wet clay teaching studio where students take six-week classes in throwing on the wheel, hand building and other forms of clay work. The gallery in front offers finished items for sale. Upstairs is 2nd Story Art, a space for parties and small group activities.
