I called about needing a tire at 5:15 am this morning Monday November 19th 2020 and the lady told me that one of her guys would grab the tire for me after I gave her the tire size make and model of the car and I asked her what his ETA was and she said it would be 30 minutes. I waited till about 6 am and called back and asked her where her tire guy was and she said he should be there soon and that he would call me. Worst Experience Ever , I called and a man named Brian answered. Me and my husband were on our way to bakersfeild to spend the new year with family when we got a flat tire. Brian was bouncing back and forth with prices , unbelievable prices. He put us on hold multiple times not to mention the 3 times our call got disconnected on his end .
