This review is not for Dr. Sargeant in specific I have had nothing but good experiences with her she listens well and really cares for her patients and makes sure to stay up to date with medical literature which really helped during some health issues I dealt with. That being said, despite being a long term patient I will no longer be continuing with this practice. The doctor is often overbooked leading her to be late to nearly every appointment. Dr. Sargeant is the best. I have seen her years ago several times. They used to make the results available to patients as any other clinic. I stopped visiting when their office started holding on to test results enforcing another visit on the patient to even send the scan/results. These re-visits close in under 5 minutes. It's tacky and unethical to require them without any guidance to offer the patient. Easily avoidable and unnecessary tactics.

The Medical staff has been great in the past, however I made an appointment for an annual exam over a week in advanced and I showed up to my appointment only to be turned away. They advised because they ran insurance the day before, they were not able to provide a courtesy call to let me know. I showed up on the day looking like a fool, took time off work. Front desk isn't the best. Poor communication
