Not very friendly They treated me as a number, not a customer. I needed alternations for my 3 pants and I tried on one pair to get the measurements, but they refused to let me try on my other two pants. Of course, my jeans were altered to the right fit but my yoga pants were too long. They also charged me extra to have my husband's dress shirts pressed because they said I didn't ask them for the $1.00 special.
