This is the second and last time I use them. They took a week to change a coolant leak the first time. Zero communication. Zero. And then the second time they took 9 days to order parts and still didn't fix a thing. But I got charged almost $1200 for parts that cost $150 at autozone. Got the car towed to another mechanic who will charge me $400 for parts and labor and do it in one day. RPM auto center in Irwindale is the place and they have MUCH BETTER customer service. I took my chrysler in for a recall. 3 days after getting it back from the dealership, my car started running crappy. It now jolts and feels like it is going to shut off, and it makes a knocking noise that is coming from under the car every time I start it up. They kept my car for 2 days, and I had to rent a car while they "fixed" the recalls because they didn't cover the rental. My car was running great before taking it in, no problems at all. Don't waste your time coming here. I only have Saturdays off and i tried to come in for an oil change I had previously called the day before which was Friday and was told no need for appointment just come early which is what i did just to be told appointment only. what a waste of a day and worst customer service
