I took my chrysler in for a recall. 3 days after getting it back from the dealership, my car started running crappy. It now jolts and feels like it is going to shut off, and it makes a knocking noise that is coming from under the car every time I start it up. They kept my car for 2 days, and I had to rent a car while they "fixed" the recalls because they didn't cover the rental. My car was running great before taking it in, no problems at all. Don't waste your time coming here. I only have Saturdays off and i tried to come in for an oil change I had previously called the day before which was Friday and was told no need for appointment just come early which is what i did just to be told appointment only. what a waste of a day and worst customer service

Definitely I will not visit that workshop again, the person who attended me gave me a list Half different prices of parts that my professional mechanic did not use alerted me that I did not use the things that they said they wanted to charge me for things that not even Iván could change, they do not trust people
