Multiple issues with service department. They were supposed to leave my car with sales and never did. Then to recently they had my car August 6th and were supposed to call me when parts came in. Well they came in on August 8th they never called me to schedule and then I finally call and they canāt get me in till the end of October. Donāt take your car for service here if you want it done in a timely manner. Letās also not forget itās been less than a year since they did my AC compressor and itās already gone bad again.Ā
Monroeville Kia did an great job servicing my vehicle. They have the lowest price for a full synthetic oil change. They also washed my vehicle too! Thanks David for torqueing my lug nuts to 105 foot pounds to spec.Ā
I had my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2024 Tacoma.They got me in and out in less than an hour.Ā
I visited this service center traveling around this area because my car couldn't start the engine. My problem didn't solve, however, Donald helped me out to diagnose the problem.Ā
