I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They were available and helpful every time I reached out to them. My test was scheduled and completed within one week of my initial call. I was 10 minutes late- they called to check on me and when I arrived still treated me with kindness and understanding. The MRI lab, for what it is, actually felt cozy with soft warm lights and a little seating area. The two women that worked with me were patient and kind. My wife had a horrible experience at Monroeville Imaging. The MRI tech strapped her in, strapped headphones on her, and blasted deafening music to the point where it caused an arrhythmia. She screamed for the tech to turn down the volume but he either wasn’t in the room or chose not to respond. By the time it was done she was shaking and dizzy with heart palpitations and ringing in her ears. I wouldn’t go there on a dare!
Nice place and facility! But get your prices through insurance before booking.. a lot higher than going to hospital/other testing facilities.
Very efficient appointments. The office staff is amazing .
