Joe and Tom are great go out of their way to make you happy
I’ve been to this shop twice after being rear ended twice in 2 years and each time the Body Shop manager kept me updated in what was to take place in making my vehicle whole again! It amazes how good these guys are. My Dodge looks great and if I must say so, these guys are the best when it comes to Body repair work. Thanks Joe and Tracy for keeping me updated, and the Car rental while my vehicle was being repaired, etc. You guys are the best! Thanks again!!!!!!!
Pros: They were able to schedule my appointment in two weeks and the people I spoke with were friendly and responsive. They also handled all communication with the insurance company, including adjustments to the estimate/bill. Cons: My car has damage now that it did not have when I dropped it off. The damage that needed corrected was largely to the LR door. There was 'some' damage to the rocker panel and the LR of the bumper as well. I wash my car by hand, so I have a pretty good idea of existing damage, and new damage. When... read more
