Went here to get my front brakes checked. They stated I needed front brakes and rotors along with wheel bearing, but never put the car up in the air. Mind you I just had new brakes and rotors last year. Took it to another mechanic and all I needed was wheel bearing and one of my struts was leaking. So with that being said this service department is getting over on people and not really looking for the problem. Stay away.
Great place. Steve our salesman went above and beyond to help us get our Jeep and to be sure we are always highly satisfied with service too! Go see him you wont regret it!
I’m certain everyone hopes to hear “your car repair is warrantied” when at the dealership. While that may not be the case for all, please don’t fault me, if the professionalism, courtesy, and superb customer service I experienced from my Service Cordinator Chris, KathyS, and their (name unknown) transportation support tech isn’t also your experience … from the entire Team!
