Stay away from service here!! Had my jeep, 8K over powertrain warranty diagnosed here. They told me it was stuck in 4th gear and needed a full CVT transmission replacement. My service agent proceeds to tell me my options are to have jeep do it with a brand new replacement or he could call someone to make an offer to buy my jeep as is. Needless to say I took vehicle to my personal mechanic and he replaced with a used transmission. It have been running ever since. Half the cost as jeep. The price isn't my concern.
