I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've never had to get a window replaced before so I was unsure of the process. Travis C. was knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything going on from installment to payment. I would recommend them for all your glass needs.
Got us in quickly to repair Rick chip. However, their tool wasn't big enough to cover the large chip. Had only 1 size instruments. Filled crack, but couldn't vacuum it.
Just very overall helpful when I called and when I showed up in person and not to be boogie but I have a bmw and alot of times it's very frustrating dealing with people . But they were very knowledgeable and dependable and decent people

The last time I had my windshield replaced was in Jacksonville FL by safelite. It wasn't fast, more of a process and had to take a day off due to where I worked. When It popped again here while working out of town this was the 1st place I called. He required a $100 deposit in order to order it which is understandable I mean I am calling from an unknown area code. I dropped it off over night with his key box and he called saying it was ready before lunch. $100 cheaper than safelite!!
