I have an ECHO blower. I called and asked the person who answered if they could install a primer bulb on it. You would have thought I asked if they could rebuild the engine. She said, "we wouldn't even know where to find a bulb for an ECHO blower. We only work on STIHL product." Ma'am, you have heard of the "internet", right? Ridiculous
Put power saw in shop to be serviced on August 8th and still have not received a call or anything from them... I called to see if the saw was ready on August 29th but someone picked up the phone and Hung up immediately... I tried to call back but the line was busy from 4:25pm to 5 pm...mind you they close at 5pm 🥺
