I live in Pigeon Forge, TN. My family lives in McArthur. This is the second time I’ve needed their service and I can’t speak highly enough about their service and how caring they are. They are so polite, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. Kudos for doing a great job and being so polite at the same time!!

My oldest recently had his first accident when someone hit him, and this was the first accident I have had to deal with in 44 years. Monroe's was a select shop with State Farm, so I called them for our estimate. They were super nice, right up until I told them that I was just getting an estimate and did not want them working on the car. Once I told them that, it took 3 days for them to call me back about picking the car up.
