took 5 months to get it back, was told it would be ready 2 different times and it was not, when finally got it back the controls in the steering wheel did not work, I would not take it back to them so I took it to a jeep dealership it waverly ohio and had them to fix the problem

My fiancé has worked/works here for 13 some years. He is a wonderful body tec, goes above and beyond for customers. All I can say is if you ever need any work done on your vehicle come here and ask for Keith Evans. You'd be glad you did. I Love this man so much. He's such a hard working man!! ❤️������������

I don't usually get upset, but... My car was repaired at Monroe's Frame and Collision in Portsmouth, OH after hitting a deer. My car came back to me with chips in the paint on the front bumper that were not there when the car was dropped off. The paint chips have a pattern to them as though the bumper was laid upon or placed against something that chipped it. I am being told these are rock chips, not possible.
