Rude and dismissive staff. I arrived for my 8am appointment at 7:52. The door had a sign flipped to closed. I wondered if I had messed something up because medical offices usually request you arrive 15 mins early for your first visit. I waited until 7:56 but the sign still showed closed. I received a text from Snohomish Vision Clinic at 1:30 pm notifying me that my glasses were ready. I replied to the same number to ask what time they closed and was told they closed at 5:30. When I arrived at 5:17, I was told the office was already closed, and the front desk was dismissive when I tried to explain that I was acting on a text from the clinic itself. Friendly, fast, and fair pricing! I've been going here for a few years now and highly recommend their services.
I like the doctor. I am going BLIND with glaucoma and haven't been able to get my eye medication since July. I have called my pharmacy, just like they tell you to. They tried to contact Dr. Schneider in July and have not received any response. I am getting scared. I called the clinic today and my pharmacy contacted them again but he won't be there for 2 more days. This is super important. I must be unimportant. When you are going blind, you feel hopeless but I thought I was in good hands. I don't know why he would ignore me.
