Called today to try and get my dog in he's not been able to poop for a couple of days and he has stopped eating. Im told cant see him until Monday and you have to give a deposit for his appointment because your new .I tell them I don't think he'll make it to Monday and am told to go to Glasgow. He's a family member and with him in the shape he's in you would think there would be some compassion and a effort to try and help. No way I will ever let this VET touch a pet of mine
Our experience was wonderful. From the moment we called to walking in and being taken care of immediately. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr.Dyer was AMAZING. He gave my sweet girl Molly a chance and we will be forever grateful. We will be doing business with them from here on out.
This place and the people who work there are AMAZING. My cat got very sick and I had taken him to a vet closer to me and they were so unprofessional and rude, called this veterinary clinic and they welcomed me and my baby with open arms and really showed that they cared and wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on then proceeded to do just that. They were soo good with my dog when he was to be neutered. I will forever recommend this vet and will always make the 45 minute drive for them because they’re THAT AWESOME.
Dr. Dyer and his staff were amazing with Melva and Grim. Would highly recommend to anyone with non fur babies (sphynx and xolo) like ours and fur babies.
