Visited the clinic today for the very first time with my dog, Gus. The staff were super caring and attentive to my dog’s needs. Dr Dyer and Kourtney were so kind and patient with us today. My dog has anxiety with new people and they treated Gus with such care and compassion. They took all the time he needed to be comfortable and it was such a positive experience!. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr Dyer came highly recommended to us as well. Worth a 45 minute drive for sure. We have found a new veterinarian for Gus.
Called today to try and get my dog in he's not been able to poop for a couple of days and he has stopped eating. Im told cant see him until Monday and you have to give a deposit for his appointment because your new .I tell them I don't think he'll make it to Monday and am told to go to Glasgow. He's a family member and with him in the shape he's in you would think there would be some compassion and a effort to try and help. No way I will ever let this VET touch a pet of mine
Our experience was wonderful. From the moment we called to walking in and being taken care of immediately. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr.Dyer was AMAZING. He gave my sweet girl Molly a chance and we will be forever grateful. We will be doing business with them from here on out.
