This company has got to be the biggest rip off I have ever encountered! I have lived in this house for a little over two years and my bill has never gone over $150.00. The last five months my bill has been over $500.00 out of nowhere. Their reason is it was a very cold winter/ She had the audacity to pull out a paper with color charts to explain the triple increase in my bills.
