Been here twice since they opened here after Lamb and Webster closed , monroe is nothing like Lamb and Webster bare shelves low inventory . Came in to buy $400 in hydraulic oil they couldnt ring me up as a cash customer they said "need an account" the guy behind the counter ended up printing the invoice off of someone else's account and handed me the receipt. Are we really at the point where a simple walk in customer with cash cant do a transaction ?

I would steer clear of Monroe Tractor Springville and parts manager Tim Burns, especially if you are a female. Ordered 8 baler knives and received a package with only 5 knives. No packaging slip or material in the box. I called to simply inquire if there was another package coming with my remaining knives or if they only had 5 in stock to ship. I was instantly accused of being a liar and “changing my story”. He completely dismissed me and said it’s not his fault. Kind of hard to say he has nothing to do with it when the box ... read more
