Great Service
I would steer clear of Monroe Tractor Springville and parts manager Tim Burns, especially if you are a female. Ordered 8 baler knives and received a package with only 5 knives. No packaging slip or material in the box. I called to simply inquire if there was another package coming with my remaining knives or if they only had 5 in stock to ship. I was instantly accused of being a liar and “changing my story”. He completely dismissed me and said it’s not his fault. Kind of hard to say he has nothing to do with it when the box ... read more
Worst service ever. Took many phone calls from me. There is no follow through. No one works with anyone else. Can't get anything scheduled after weeks. Would not recommend 😕 person answering the phone when I asked if you could direct me to someone who could help said NO I'm not so and so 's secretary. Ugg.
