Been here twice since they opened here after Lamb and Webster closed , monroe is nothing like Lamb and Webster bare shelves low inventory . Came in to buy $400 in hydraulic oil they couldnt ring me up as a cash customer they said "need an account" the guy behind the counter ended up printing the invoice off of someone else's account and handed me the receipt. Are we really at the point where a simple walk in customer with cash cant do a transaction ?
