Susan in parts was super helpful and took a lot of time trying to help me figure out what I needed & get it to me. The parts were at my door the next morning, super fast! Still having issues with my machine i stopped back in and Cameron (shop mechanic) went out of his way to help me with my problems and even did some research for me and gave me print outs and advice on how to go about solving my issue. These people went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t recommend them enough.
Very difficult to get ahold of. Long wait times. Never have parts and takes 2 weeks to get back to you about them. Then got screwed on warranty for a machine that they were already working on for warranty ofa different problem. The week prior but they never checked the machine so by the following week it was out of warranty and now my problem. Couldn't even work with me. So No parts,No service,No help and 1 year warranties are why I am selling all of my case equipment and am done doing any business with this dealership. Out ... read more
