Very difficult to get ahold of. Long wait times. Never have parts and takes 2 weeks to get back to you about them. Then got screwed on warranty for a machine that they were already working on for warranty ofa different problem. The week prior but they never checked the machine so by the following week it was out of warranty and now my problem. Couldn't even work with me. So No parts,No service,No help and 1 year warranties are why I am selling all of my case equipment and am done doing any business with this dealership. Out ... read more
