I was only picking up a part from here for someone else, but they were very helpful and very accommodating.
I was working on a Case 580 Super L and needed to know where the brake bleeders were located so I called Monroe Tractor. I spoke with Teresa Hull the service coordinator and asked for assistance. She said she would talk to one of the Technicians and get back to me. She called back within an hour or so and said she had a schematic for the rear axle where the bleeders were located. I asked if she could email them, and she obliged. Thanks to her I was able to easily locate them and finish the job. She could have easily blown me... read more
Battery would not start the tractor no one had it in stock, not even Napa. Went to Monroe tractor and they had it and got us back on the road. Thank you.
