I was only picking up a part from here for someone else, but they were very helpful and very accommodating.
I was working on a Case 580 Super L and needed to know where the brake bleeders were located so I called Monroe Tractor. I spoke with Teresa Hull the service coordinator and asked for assistance. She said she would talk to one of the Technicians and get back to me. She called back within an hour or so and said she had a schematic for the rear axle where the bleeders were located. Battery would not start the tractor no one had it in stock, not even Napa. Went to Monroe tractor and they had it and got us back on the road. Thank you.
