I have lived here for 9 months, it is a nice atmosphere with friendly neighbors. They recently made it where we can pay rent online, which is convenient.
Nasty
The new owners of this complex are servilely neglecting the place . The grass was so over grown it looked abandoned and when they finally cut the grass they failed to weed eat so that is still very long . There are bags of trash in the ditch due to them removing the dumpster for a month then replacing it with a small dumpster that will not fit everyone’s trash . Those of us that own homes in the area are sick of looking at the trashy place .
