How is Monroe Staffing going to judge me by actions of my last job of 9 years? Telling me what's not going to fly with them as if they got me that position in the first place. YOURE A TEMP AGENCY!!! Yall need to relax. It's a good thing my tag is "WORKSON" as I'm not the type to sit a depend on a useless agency like Monroe Stuffing. Read the other reviews and holla back. Carlos Asia and Lizzet are the worst recruiters they are not motivated to help people they just there for a paycheck Worst agency ever you can show up at the office so many times and call 2 months in a row motivated to work and they always say they don’t have nothing available They don’t even deserve ratings👎👎
Maybe its something against me personally. Idk. Seems like Monroe Staffing picks and chooses who they give work to. I applied with a certain staff member. the day i applied, she showed me at least 5 available jobs. The very next day they had nothing. Ive been calling repeatedly for work and still nothing. a friend of mine was given work thru this agency while nothing for me.
