poor staff choices Loved this place and have been going for years until i was told last week when calling to bring my cat in that myself and my boyfriend weren't welcome anymore. Apparently they hired back for a FOURTH time my boyfriends ex wife (of 7 years) , she answered the phone and told me we had to find a different vet because it was a "conflict" so disappointed that they'd allow staff like this in their building to turn away loyal customers who been going there for years..
Death of our four legged family member Dr. Widay communicated to me that she was familiar with toy puppies. I believed her. She said our 8 mo.old, almost 2lb yorkie needed to be spayed for her sake later on. I told her I was skeptical of surgery, rabies vaccine, any "procedure" because she was so tiny. Dr. Widay insisted that it was ok. She also said that pulling her baby teeth because her permanent teeth were coming in,was necessary. I believed her. Having said that, we regret any bad experience you may have had due to miscommunication or misunderstanding and invite you to contact management for re... read more

These ladies are AWESOME The vets at Monroe Road Animal Hospital are the best I have encountered. I have been a life-long dog lover and have met loads of vets. My first visit to Monroe Road Animal hospital made me a believer. The staff and all 3 vets are warm and welcoming. Your pet deserves the best, and they are here at Monroe Road Animal Hospital.
Awesome vets! This is a very small practice with 3 Vets. The Vets, and their entire staff are so welcoming and friendly. They take their time with your animals and never make you feel rushed. The place is very clean. They also have a boarding kennel next door as well as a grooming salon.
Monroe Road Animal Hospital has a 4.8 star rating with 719 reviews.
