Just to tell u the girls in office are awesome helpful courteous respectful the nurse answered phone after I called bunch times very patient helpful knowledgeable didn’t rush over phone went out of her way in office took vitals before I saw DR.SINGH representative of the practice very professional happy at way she does very scary before appt with Dr Singh nurse takeing vitals made u feel calm even when waiting rm is full knows how to carry herself that everything is al rite she is a great member of team when busy or stressed... read more
Dr. Singh's bedside manner is absolutely disgusting! She called me about the results of my MRI in the middle of the work day and told me bad news over the phone! Did not want anything to do with me and did not want to answer any questions. Just said she would send my records to a specialist and that was it. The call maybe lasted 3 minutes. My boyfriend called her office later to ask some follow up questions because I was a wreck and she wouldn't even speak with him (he is auth to speak on my behalf so it wasn't that). The Doctor is fantastic, but the office is horrible. I tried calling for one week to cancel and appointment and it goes to voice mail, but the box is full. No one answers the phones. I even left a message to the doctor and the appointment was not cancelled.
I liked her the doctor! Very helpful. Sadly her billing staff is so rude and does not know what they are doing. While trying to talk over a bill she was just cutting me off, telling me she will call insurance company. Don't pay it. But they are saying I owe money. I paid my co payment. Its in network. Tried to tell her what my invoice says. She tells me it does not say that. Called office no manager, and I cant leave message for dr she won't call back. Ok cancel my 3 month follow up.
