Dr. Singh's bedside manner is absolutely disgusting! She called me about the results of my MRI in the middle of the work day and told me bad news over the phone! Did not want anything to do with me and did not want to answer any questions. Just said she would send my records to a specialist and that was it. The call maybe lasted 3 minutes. My boyfriend called her office later to ask some follow up questions because I was a wreck and she wouldn't even speak with him (he is auth to speak on my behalf so it wasn't that). The Doctor is fantastic, but the office is horrible. I tried calling for one week to cancel and appointment and it goes to voice mail, but the box is full. No one answers the phones. I even left a message to the doctor and the appointment was not cancelled.
I liked her the doctor! Very helpful. Sadly her billing staff is so rude and does not know what they are doing. While trying to talk over a bill she was just cutting me off, telling me she will call insurance company. Don't pay it. But they are saying I owe money. I paid my co payment. Its in network. Tried to tell her what my invoice says. She tells me it does not say that. Called office no manager, and I cant leave message for dr she won't call back. Ok cancel my 3 month follow up. Dr Persad and his office staff are AMAZING. I would 100%. recommend this office.
I have never written a negative review about a doctor’s office but I need to alert people to avoid this office. The worst office staff I have ever encountered. They made an appointment for me at a different location than I normally go to but forgot to tell me. They never gave me a script for bloodwork and then would not renew my medication because I didn’t get bloodwork completed.
