Dr Persad and his office staff are AMAZING. I would 100%. recommend this office.
I have never written a negative review about a doctor’s office but I need to alert people to avoid this office. The worst office staff I have ever encountered. They made an appointment for me at a different location than I normally go to but forgot to tell me. They never gave me a script for bloodwork and then would not renew my medication because I didn’t get bloodwork completed. Wish I can give ZERO stars. What a horrible experience. I was referred to dr singh from centra state hospital and my primary care. To follow up ASAP. When I called, there was nothing available until OCTOBER. When I needed to see someone asap. My primary care called on my behalf to see if we can get anything earlier. No luck. I called and pleaded and was able connect directly with dr singh. Who said based on just one lab result, decided she did not not need to see me and there was nothing she can do for me!? I cannot recommend Dr. Singh and her staff enough! They’re friendly, personable, acting within the patients best interests, and really willing to work with you! Dr. Singh is thorough, educated, personable and has an amazing way of approaching medicine in a way that makes every patient of every age feel comfortable and safe. 10/10 recommend to everyone I know!
Had a great appointment with Dr Singh- took her time with me, thorough exam/ review of medical history and then explained all clearly, and answered my concerns and questions. Staff also friendly and helpful!
