Wish I can give ZERO stars. What a horrible experience. I was referred to dr singh from centra state hospital and my primary care. To follow up ASAP. When I called, there was nothing available until OCTOBER. When I needed to see someone asap. My primary care called on my behalf to see if we can get anything earlier. No luck. I called and pleaded and was able connect directly with dr singh. Who said based on just one lab result, decided she did not not need to see me and there was nothing she can do for me!? Love the doctor, the staff is lackluster. Had an appointment scheduled, received no text message or email confirming the times from the office. I had attempted to call in 6 to 7 times that morning to confirm in which NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE and their voice mail is FULL. Now they don't want to fill a type one diabetics prescriptions unless I pay a "no show" fee? I'll go elsewhere.
Absolutely awful experience! I called two months ago to schedule my first appointment as a new patient and confirmed my insurance over the phone. They assured me they accepted it. Imagine my surprise when I arrived for my appointment today, only to be told they don't take my insurance! A complete waste of my time and a huge inconvenience. Not only did I have to wait two months for this appointment, but now I'm left scrambling to find another doctor who actually accepts my insurance. Unprofessional and unacceptable!
