Dr. Passad is wonderful, knowledgeable and a great doctor, however his wife is riding on his coat tails. Dr. Singh is not knowledgeable & anyone that can read can diagnose themselves. If you have anything that truly needs to be addressed she is not the doctor for you. If you want a doctor to prescribe bloodwork and read labs she’s fine. However if said labs say one thing and you still feel horrible, she will not look any further or adjust meds. She’s a bloodwork reader at best.
I was hesitant to make an appointment based on the reviews I read. I have had a wonderful experience. The front desk has been extremely helpful. The wait time was maybe twenty minutes, after completing paperwork. The nurse greeted me warmly and lead me back to the exam room. She asked how I was feeling, very pleasant and took my vitals. She told me that Dr Prassad would be in shortly. Within a few minutes, which was unusually short, he introduced himself. Wish I can give ZERO stars. What a horrible experience. I was referred to dr singh from centra state hospital and my primary care. To follow up ASAP. When I called, there was nothing available until OCTOBER. When I needed to see someone asap. My primary care called on my behalf to see if we can get anything earlier. No luck. I called and pleaded and was able connect directly with dr singh. Who said based on just one lab result, decided she did not not need to see me and there was nothing she can do for me!?
