I was hesitant to make an appointment based on the reviews I read. I have had a wonderful experience. The front desk has been extremely helpful. The wait time was maybe twenty minutes, after completing paperwork. The nurse greeted me warmly and lead me back to the exam room. She asked how I was feeling, very pleasant and took my vitals. She told me that Dr Prassad would be in shortly. Within a few minutes, which was unusually short, he introduced himself. Wish I can give ZERO stars. What a horrible experience. I was referred to dr singh from centra state hospital and my primary care. To follow up ASAP. When I called, there was nothing available until OCTOBER. When I needed to see someone asap. My primary care called on my behalf to see if we can get anything earlier. No luck. I called and pleaded and was able connect directly with dr singh. Who said based on just one lab result, decided she did not not need to see me and there was nothing she can do for me!? The BEST
Love the doctor, the staff is lackluster. Had an appointment scheduled, received no text message or email confirming the times from the office. I had attempted to call in 6 to 7 times that morning to confirm in which NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE and their voice mail is FULL. Now they don't want to fill a type one diabetics prescriptions unless I pay a "no show" fee? I'll go elsewhere.
