We had basement water damage in June of this year, Monroe came out the first and I was truly grateful. But, I also realized everyone works for the insurance copy. A lot of things they were to take out of my basement we have to dispose of . The door that was replaced does not close properly. Going forwarding if I have to have work done through an insurance claim, I will call my own contractor. They were professional, but did not keep their word.
