Odd that a plumber cannot help with a plumbing issue. Wouldn't even take the call to talk about the issue. Staff was nice...but not sure about the plumber.
He put in the least expensive water heater without informing me. Shortly after he left — a pipe was spraying water all over the place. I called 3 times pleading that I didn’t know what to do. He didn’t return my call for 3 hours. I had to have my maintenance man at complex to shut off my water. He finally came and fixed leak. I went to turn on washer and no water. Had to call him again and he walked me through how to turn on. He put old electrical cord back on that is frayed. They only cost about 28.00. I feel he took advant... read more
Primary Bathroom sink faucet needed replaced, I called Monroe Plumbing Scott came out the following day and installed the new one. Very neat and timely process. We have used this Company for over 9 years. They are the Best!
Monroe Plumbing is a great company to work with! The guys are friendly and honest and gave us great prices for our new water heater installation and a new toilet when ours turned to crap <>. Duane has now replaced our toilet and the swapped out a water heater. Both have been excellent installations. We will continue to use his services for any of our plumbing needs.
