I bought my car in for a maintenance issue on Monday that I was told would be fixed by 4pm. Around 4 I call to see if my car is ready they tell me they don’t have the part but they will have it the next day and my car would be ready Tuesday by 4. 4:15 on Tuesday I call because I had not received an update. They tell me my car is not done because they don’t have the part and they would have it in the morning. Before I even go into my review, I want people to realize that I'm taking a moment out of my work day to acknowledge the exceptional service that I received yesterday. My check engine light came on. Based on what I knew about automobiles, I thought that my 2013 Nissan Maxima might need an oxygen sensor. But I know just enough to be dangerous.
