I got scammed in Monroe Nissan on 03/12/2024 10:00 am I got a phone call from *********************** If I want to come in, he will give me a good %.When I arrived at Nissan, the immediately took my keys, claiming they need to see mileage. Purchase from this dealership at your own risk. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my vehicle. They do add on a few more thousands than the advertised price. Also, they sent me a purchase order with money in specific columns. When I signed the actual purchase order unfortunately for me, I didn't look where they had put the money. I called Monroe Nissan dealership to order part for my Nissan Altima. They transferred me to parts department, and I get a person from parts department, he was very unprofessional, I gave him all the info about the car including the *** #, and I answered all his questions very politely, but unfortunately he was extremely unprofessional, and very abusive. Monroe Nissan March 22, 2022 1:30 pm Made an appointment and drove 90 minutes to test drive an Infiniti QX60 on 3-22-22 after reviewing the price & the dealers $799 doc fee (which is high but not that unusual). Monroe Nissan was very pleasant at first until we had issues with our purchase on a Nissan Rogue. The following day we noticed a couple issues with the vehicle and mentioned it to the sales person, sales manager, and service manager. They responded that these noises were completely fine. Note: you can only return the car in one week according to the general manager, so this kept us liable for the car until after deadline.After the deadline they admitted the car had issues and began to repair the issues.
