Took my feather Power chair in for a minor repair. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Customer service and technician. I highly recommend them for any of your needs or supplies. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It was repaired while I waited. thank you so much

Brief interaction with the lady looking to make a purchase...no thank you If you are too busy and nasty to take my money I will go elsewhere.

I visited the store 30 minutes before closing to purchase a power recliner. Was rudely greeted by LuAnn who told me how dare I come to make a purchase when they are going to be getting ready to close. When I asked to speak to a manager she informed me that she is the manager and that there is no one higher in rank than her, so I guess she’s also the owner.

Tried to buy TWO lift recliners for my elderly father (valued at over $3,000), and the staff was annoyed and put out over having to do the sale and paperwork for the purchase, as well as the delivery. They treated my husband and myself as an annoyance to the point that we left without even making the purchase. As a physical therapist and a longtime customer, I am sincerely disappointed with the lack of customer service and respect. I will no longer be a customer of this facility.
