My mom came her and was referred by her insurance. Front person was nice, but the masseuse was terrible. They made the experience very uncomfortable, and BARELY did anything to my mom to the point where she was confused if he had done anything. They told us insurance would cover the visits and now we got a bill that it didn’t. Don’t recommend.
Only left one star because I had to. No one answers the phones and if you leave a message they don’t call back. No very good customer service. I will find a place that wants business
Megan is great. It's obvious that she has been doing this for a long time and is very good at her job. With her experience I noticed she can find problem areas even if you don't communicate them well and work them out so that you leave feeling like your muscles have been reset back to the way they are supposed to be. I highly recommend Monroe Medical Massage.
