I had an extremely disappointing experience when calling Monroe Law Office to inquire about an ongoing case. The receptionist immediately assumed I was a sales caller, despite me explaining why I was calling, and refused to put me through to Darin. When I called back, I simply asked if she could leave a message for Darin because the matter was confidential.
