I have very simple taxes. I brought 3 years. i had to submit something to the federal government because they didn't do them correctly. i ended up getting several hundred dollars more. now the state sent me 2 postcards. apparently monroe tax missed another several hundred in refunds. will never use them Again. i'll just take my chances with online free filing.
One of the employees messed up the last 4 digits of our bank account number for direct deposit & now we are without car insurance on 2 vehicles. It was supposed to be deposited in our account on the 27th. It was deposited alright ... in someone elses account ???? I called this business 2x & was told someone would contact me .... Did not happen. They should make this right because we have to wait for a check to come now & our bills won't be paid because of their mistake >:( Not fair to us at all.
