I lived at Francis Tower for 3 months and I was harrassed by snitches and manager for no reason.These people are mean.When there was a storm I was stuck upstairs For 5 days and I was mad. People are constantly moving out of this bed bug infested building..I would advise you not to go there.
They are wonderful people and address problems in a reasonable time frame
