This afternoon I acquired a nasty puncture wound to my right leg while riding my horse at Owen-Putnam State Forest. After the paramedics advised that I should probably been seen sooner rather than later, I agreed to be taken to one of two hospitals nearby. I felt so cared for by everyone I encountered at Monroe County Hospital. They all were compassionate, friendly, helpful and professional. I only wish I had met them under different circumstances. Lol!
Quick and attentive care. Very clean facility. Doctors & Nurses were kind, knowledgeable & helpful.
